We've also bought out other Healthcare systems to grow and those organizations had unions and those unions want fair pay. The rest of us nurses are suppose to be angry at those union nurses 🙄

Hospital org isn't doing well. Our department isn't making budget. Nurses aren't making enough money for department by seeing more patients. Big boss stated layoffs aren't coming, but nurses have to do more. Flashbacks to when i worked for the city and they went bankrupt
