Sorry, but this creeps me out. 4401 S. Kedzie, Chicago. Former Fortuna Funeral Home.
Relief sculpture of a woman on the side of a wall faced with stone blocks. She's wearing a crown, heavy eyeliner, and voluminous robes, and her hands are weirdly large.

Spaghet
A monochromatic illustration of a werewolf eating spaghetti with a fork. It’s a closeup of its human hands and the wolf head. It holds a cigarette in its left hand. The smoke and steam off the hot pasta mix and surround the character. It’s stylised to look like a pencil drawing.

Had a mental health walk last evening due to feeling notsonice the whole day. Stuck my phone through rich people’s fences to take these. Outskirts of Florence.
A photo of an Italian villa on a small hill in Tuscany. The building is simple, surrounded by greenery. On the hill there are olive trees. The grass hasn’t been moved in a while so it looks nice and soft, with a touch of yellow flowers here and there.A photograph of a Tuscan landscape. There’s tall grass with a lot of small yellow flowers and various trees, including cypresses, olive trees and some kind of a palm. In the background, near the palm there’s a glimpse of a stone terrace.

Made myself an amulet! ✨ Adder stone, piece of a synthetic braid of a friend, glass beads, wooden beads, coral beads, plastic beads (I guess?), silver and other various types of metals. Can’t wait to make more!
A photograph of a key ring amulet. It’s made out of four sections: first one is a piece of a white synthetic hair braid with a glass bead on the bottom. Second one is two red coral beads and a red wooden one on a small chain. Third one consists of bulkier chain links and has a hag stone on the end, with chain coming through the hole. The last one is a piece of black beaded bracelet that has a silver triangle piece on the end. A silver spiral pendant is attached to the triangle.

I'm rereading The Witcher saga and feeling very nostalgic about it. Geralt was written as an eye candy for weird teenage witches and you can't convince me otherwise (also, sadly, Henry Cavil is not that)
A digital illustration of Geralt the Witcher from the Witcher saga books. A white-haired, muscular but lean man stands in the window, turning his back to the viewer. His right hand rests on his left shoulder, left arm stretches out and rests on a sword. The window frame is ornamental, neo-gothic style with floral elements. The whole illustration is colored in earth tones.

An illustration picturing a person sitting in a bathtub while actively being on fire. All the parts of the body sticking out of the water are burning, the upper torso and the head, the arm and hand resting on the side of the bathtub, and the knees sticking out of the water. The person remains calm, resting even. The whole picture is in soft colours, light oranges and pastel pink.

Digital collage from last year. Inspired by the faience style from Włocławek, Poland. #collageart

#ShittyCameraChallenge Day 11. As the traveling got more exhausting, I mixed up the days and the chronology. Anyways, here's a detail from a random German train station and my beloved Wrocław "Manhattan" (brutalist masterpiece designed by Jadwiga Grabowska-Hawrylak) @shittychallenge.bsky.social
A scan of two horizontal photographs. The first one shows an architectural detail, blurry glass pieces joined vertically with metal pieces. There's also two darker horizontal lines. The second photograph shows brutalist residential buildings in Wrocław called "sedesowe" or "Manhattan". One building is showed in it's whole. Behind is another one, but blurry. Both on the left and on the right side we can see fragments of other buildings of the complex.

Modernist sightseeing: The new Ludwigskirche in Freiburg im Breisgau, standing right next to the old cemetery. Built in the 50s by Horst Linde. Stained glass is by Harry MacLean. I really enjoyed the look of the unplastered red bricks in the inside walls and the combination of wood and concrete.
Photograph of the Ludwigskirche ceiling. It's concrete, oblon,g and rounded at the end. Besides the ceiling, the photo shows the wall behind the altar - most of it covered in stained glass work, piling up with rectangular vertical pieces. It's abstract and mostly light, featuring yellows and reds in the upper areas and few darker shades of blue and green lower to the bottom. It doesn't cover the whole wall symmetrically, segments on the right are a wall made out of red, unplastered bricks. The insides of the Ludwigskirche. Rows of simple chairs made out of lighter wood fill up the space. Above them is a mezzanine with modernist organs made out of metal pipes with wooden details. The mezzanine is made out of dark wood, which is repeated on the walls. The ceiling is dark, concrete and rounded. The whole interior is moderninst and looks dark.Outside of the church. The bottom side of the roof covering the entrance. It's concrete, supported by two simple pillars. The bottom side is filled with mosaics in shades of red ochre and lighter warm tone. It shows crosses, a pattern of stars, and climbing plant. The altar of the church, is situated in front of the brick wall and stained glass wall. It's made out of thin pieces wood and has a rounded shape.

Two dotty low-quality black and white photography prints. Both show statues from old tombstones. Both are missing their heads. #ShittyCameraChallenge Day 7 & 8. Freiburg’s Colombischlössle and a building seen on a walk to a (closed) main cemetery. @shittychallenge.bsky.social
A photograph of an open notebook with two low quality black and white photo prints on a receipt paper pasted onto the pages. On the left a photo shows a part of the building. It’s the Colombischlössle, a Manor House in Freiburg. It’s shot from the perspective of of the building’s corner. The building is in a Tudor-style of the English medieval times, made out of bricks and ornate, with an octagonal tower on top. Part of the building is obscured by trees and bushes that grow in front of it. The photograph on the right shows a staircase next to an overpass bridge, leading to a modern looking building. The building has a lot of windows that create a rythmical pattern. On the right of the photo we can see an underbelly of the overpass. It’s contour compliments the line of the roof of the building.

#ShittyCameraChallenge Day 6. Arrival at Freiburg and the first evening stroll through the Christmassy streets. I enjoy how the low quality added magic, making the stars look like they’re floating above the street. I miss my scanner. @shittychallenge.bsky.social
Dotty, low-quality black and white photo print. It shows a Freiburg city street at night. The buildings are all three-story. On the left side, first floor is adorned with arcades, on the right there are glass windows. Between the buildings hang Christmas ornaments. Because of the high contrast and low quality of the photo, it seems like bright white stars with plenty arms just hanging in the air above the street

#ShittyCameraChallenge Day 5. Featuring my husband checking himself out. @shittychallenge.bsky.social
A low quality dotty black and white print of a photograph. It looks a bit surreal, showing a bearded man looking into a mirror. On the left we see a fragment of his real face and on the right the reflection. However, in the reflection we don’t see him fully, only his chest dressed in a tank top, lower part of his beard and long hair. Where his face should be is another mirror, this time round, showing his eye in a big close-up. In front of the mirror stand some cosmetics and a bag.

✨ If you see this, post something monochromatic ✨ It’ll be two drawings and two digital collages for me! ⭐️
A digital drawing done in green brush mimicking a real life pencil texture on a beige background. It pictures a werewolf eating spaghetti noodles. The style is semi realistic, the wolf face being more stylised than the rest. The wolf face is big, its mouth is wide open with sharp teeth and the eye has a vertical iris and looks a bit like a stylised mask. The character is hovering over the table, holding a cigarette in a left hand and lifting the fork with a noodle with the right. In front of the character the pile of noodles lays on the table. There’s a steam coming out of them, mixing with the cigarette smoke and filling up the empty spaces of the drawing.A digital drawing mimicking a real life pencil. It pictures a semi-abstract creature. One big round eye is located in the centre, above it and below are hovering two smaller ones, kind of looking like eyes kind of like pearls. From the eye are braniching out tentacle like shapes, entwined to look kind of like tribal tattoo designs. Some of them look like abacus leaves ornaments. The whole “creature” is placed on a shape of a medieval window with three arches on the top. It’s lighter than the rest and filled with lines, cantered where the creature’s eye is.A black and white digital collage of two swords crossed in the centre. They’re both ornate but different. Where they cross, two mirrored floral ornaments are placed. A centipede is crawling out of them. Above it is a serif text spelling “tear it all up”. The whole picture is covered in greyish textures looking like traces of charcoalA vertical digital collage picturing a gothic church on a field. The church is the main object, everything else in the landscape is unified in greyish distorted textures. The sky is white, with three six-armed stars located above the spiky towers.
