Attempt two of the tutorial, and a bonus mini one in blue with custom felt frame. I really like that watercolor has nearly no set-up. You just grab a cup of water and go. Cleanup is just a bit of rinsing, maybe letting things dry.

I don't know who does the Steam sale doodles, but they do a good job. Many of them I wish were a little bigger so I could steal them for desktop wallpapers.

Playing around with blender and made a grungy almost liminal scene. I like those images people do with putting a little guy somewhere, so I did the same with the blender render and put a fox-jester OC in it. Fox og design @/tidalcraftfox.bsky.social

I adopted this fox from @\justadog.me and used it as an excuse to try and draw physical media. Specifically crayons this time. I've not used crayons in forever. I may have a major skill issue with them. I don't know why there are so many chunky globs. Ignoring that, my perspective needs work.

My sibling, who may be going by NB they/them terms now on, wanted me to post the OG file they made. In part, because it's kinda wild. They made the image in modern MS Paint, but the text was typed into MS Word, screenshotted, then pasted into paint. One screenshot for the font border, one for color.

I wish there was a federated shop system. Some way of subscribing to online shops, and being able to search products from all subscribed shops. Something that lets small businesses/artists run their own stores, but also allows customers convenient browsing across favorite stores in one view.

It was hard keeping a straight face trying to paint this model at this angle. Have another goofy screenshot, and a render of the glaive itself. Inspiration of Monster Hunter glaives, Shiisa dogs, and the spider lotus flower. When I finally draw myself a fursona, I will have them posing with it.

Similar to quoted post, this Shiisa dog face is uncomfortable close to the camera, and goofy. Unpainted, it looks like it is made out of shiny black rubber or plastic.

This is actually what I did for Kinu on the gate. I created a terrible model, and placed it in front of the background image to try and get the pose/angle/scale right. Then used that as a reference.

Back home from #ANE. My sister (with her Rooibos OC) and I gave out free cinnamon tea at the con for fun. The idea started thanks to Cinna, my cinnamon/tea braixen adopt. My sister made a custom felt badge for me shaped as a tea bag for the con. Hope everyone that got tea enjoyed it!

At the bottom of the bag is a brown colored Braixen holding a green cup held in offering and a teapot in the other hand. The Braixen is posed behind and slightly overlapping the badge name of ZinZiv written in bold font.

I've not drawn chibi before, so decided to try and chibi-fy Kinu. This is the result. Not perfect, but it turned out cute. I learned there is a fine-line between chibi and baby. For this, that line was too much forehead in my first attempt drawing this. OG design by @\keldel.bsky.social.

Kinu, an anthropomorphic cream-colored fox is presented twice. The original design in the upper left corner is about 7 hears tall. In the bottom right corner it is redrawn about 3 heads tall in a chibi style. She is in dark robes, with a multi-rope orange sash that has tassels hanging off. She has red eyes, long ears, and wispy hair.

I think I finally got the base to a point I kinda like. I forgot to color the ears earlier x.x. Now onto expressions! I've not done a ton of expressions before, so good practice. It's working out well but my first attempt at a sad expression came out angry... Looks good so I kept it anyway lol

I was advised IRL that they did not contrast well with the sky. Added little highlights and clouds to provide better contrast. Then tried adding shadows since... clouds... I think it was good advice.

Some art I made of an adopt I got from @keldel.bsky.social. Pretty proud of it! I can't decide if I should name them Ziv and use them as an avatar or if I should go third-person and name them Kinu... Either way, I plan to use this as an entry image for a geo/neocities style webpage in the future.

Sun DCA from FNAF made as a present for a friend. Inspired by alnica.bsky.social 's felt dogs.

Gift art for Tehaxis on FA of his werewolf OC Mora. I tried to put her into that Sidon pose from Zelda BOTW. This is by far the hardest art I've tried anatomically. It's not quite right but it feels like I rolled a critical success and made something arguably outside my skill level.
