all the love you gave away will find its way back to you

I just had to watch an unboxing video to find out how to re-box my collectors edition statue. I even put the steelbook and art materials back in too so I get the fun of unboxing it all over again when I finally move.

You ain't garbage you out here drawing what you love and there isn't anything more enviable than that! As for being late... Eh. Life's busy and gets in the way. As long as you're drawing when it matters and not to fill some sort of imaginary quota.

"Try to actually blog about a video game challenge: Impossible" She barely mentions a game before it's "These people are fake fans, they said X and Y, this person didn't like what I had to say, this awful person should be platformed instead" 🙄 I implore you Wing to get an actual hobby.

I think that's the funniest thing about 06. It wiped itself from its own existence so it doesn't matter whether you love it hate it because none of it ever happened. It created and wiped many plot holes simultaneously.

Show you tried! It boils down to "If you cut corners here, where else are you cutting corners?" I think alot of people don't realise we can tell. They think it's the best thing they've ever "made" and meanwhile we all know the costly decisions they made to get here.

Yes charities seem to think they get a free pass or something because they shouldn't have to pay for a graphic designer. You don't have to pay! Screenshot a rubbish MS Paint scribble or use Word Art and Id have more respect for your event or business.

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

I think it's that same thing when people starting generating "art" and saying artists were gatekeeping. Normal people do this in everyday lives and jobs and think they can look professional without having to pay a graphic designer. But they don't realise they've branded themselves as cheap and lazy.

I think we need to come up with a name for that awful AI slop font that is repetitively generated without fail. And then normalise shaming people for using AI to make flyers and posters. It's seeping into everything and I'm sick of seeing it. These alone are from my local town page 🤢

Days of the week Thursday and Friday in "slop font"

Yes! Good example! I think it's a really good way to show how easy it is for people to go from friends to enemies and how little it takes. How people can want to same thing but have different ideas of what that means. It's one of the reasons I like Assassin's Creed. PS3/360 era anyway.

It was a great way to show how they actually both wanted the same thing it was just their methods which caused them to fall out. Great to finally see it happen on a big screen instead of just static flashbacks and monologues in TV shows

My first R&C game! I was a bit late to the party but I just loved the characters the arcs the humour. I think future trilogy is the best relationship between Ratchet and Clank too.

I really want to draw but I'm permanently exhausted. I'm not even awake enough to play a game. Not even Spyro, and I can play that with my eyes closed. I feel like I'm spending week days catching up on sleep then the weekend arrives again and its back to midnight starts and 15 hour shifts. Repeat.

Yes I have an old rugby injury which gets so much better when I strengthen the muscles around it. It's amazing how the pain just stops. I actually have been using the recumbent static bike. I've been told as long as feeling comes back it's okay but it gets very uncomfortable after 10 minutes or so!

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

That's awesome! I'm looking to start devoting more time to my fitness too. Not aiming for any specific look or weight I just want to be healthier. Train my heart and help keep old injuries at bay. I love using the bike but I can't do more than 15 minutes or my sciatic nerve makes my foot go numb!

What have you done and why was it a plate full of meat that got everyone's attention. 🤣🤣

000

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

I know. It's just silly and a waste of energy. People should be able to enjoy whatever they want in peace.

010

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

It's just too big for its own boots. It's just as silly as the console wars though. Neither is "better" it's entirely dependant on the sort of player you are. GTA will have a bigger fan base so more vocal assholes unfortunately. It's just silly. Whatever game you side with, let people enjoy things.

It doesn't seem to be much better next week. I just need winter to come so it quietens down.

Is it the shape or the colour? I always try and add a bit of shading in the eyes to give them a bit more depth since she doesn't really have a defined iris as such. Maybe the background colours make them pop more? But thank you anyway!

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

Had the week from hell and it's not over yet. Decided to try and draw and this popped up on my tablet from when I'd started I weeks ago but just wasn't sure if I liked it. Cleaned it up a bit and here we go. Some art in these trying times.

My dragonsona Zircon a purple furred dragon with green neck and belly markings and a band half way down the neck. Her dark grey feathered wings are folded and she grins facing diagonally towards the camera with a brow raised. Her eyes are yellow and she has a pale grey/purpley fluffy mane which comes forward in a fluffy mohawk.

I got jumpscared by that this morning too. Really upsetting how many people are basically writing off Wolverine when the game isn't even out yet. So many review videos titled "Wolverine is bad". Let me play the game and decide for myself. Early access reviewers rarely reflect real gamers.

Went for a routine eye test. Initially good news. My particularly terrible eye has actually slightly improved. This was then overshadowed with the optician diagnosing me with DED (Dry Eye Disease) so I will have to be on eye drops for the rest of my life and I'm terrible at applying eye drops 🤦

My dumb ass completely forgot I hadn't posted this lil gift art for @askmewhatstrue on Artfight and Discord. I didn't make Umi a proper attack because I didn't have time and wanted to spend a bit longer on it. A free Koi dragon swimming in her underwater paradise! #dragon #water #koi

A water dragon painted in the colours and pattern of a Japanese Koi fish, twisting about freely in the shallow water as rays of light come through the water's surface

You ever just decide to draw your fave who you struggle with drawing anyway and then think "let's go hard mode and do it lineless!" No? Just me? Well I'm late to the Beyond Realms tributes so have a Spyro! #Spyro #SpyroARealmBeyond #Dragon #SpyroFanart

Some more Saros practice whilst I try and get some art out. #Spyro #SpyroOC #dragon

My Spyro OC/sona Saros. A silver dragon with golden strip markings,
a double blade crescent on her tail. Her wings are bright yellow with silver membrane
and her eyes are a piercing blue.

I definitely will do. Thank you for your support and advice! (I had no idea why I wasn't following you here either so I've fixed that at least! I was convinced I was!)

It was guilty until proven innocent. And my alleged crimes were all to do with my sister. She had got people to be upset on her behalf when it was none of their business. She's hated me for years just for existing and I finally know there's no point wasting any more mental energy on it.

000

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 17/08/2026

Yeah it's hard. That is basically what happened. They were told lies and they held them all against me with no evidence and was trialled without even knowing what I'd done wrong. If anyone had come to me with concerns with what they'd heard I would have told anyone anything they wanted to know.

100

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 17/08/2026

I am working on myself now and finding what I want for myself in the future free of her drama and demand to be center of attention. She's made her bed and now must lay in it. I know I did nothing wrong that's all I need to know. Thank you again for your kind words and support.

100

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 17/08/2026

Thank you yes I have a few people and my parents see through her lies at least. She turned our brother and my 2 best friends against me. People keep saying that it meant they were never true friends if they treat me like that. It feels an empty sentiment though when I'm dealing with losing them too.

200

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 17/08/2026

Yeah it hurts how little it took for her to give up. To spend so long thinking I could change her mind. I never wanted this but she chose it so I have to make peace with that. I just hate that she continues to paint this narrative that we're awful people when we did our best to help and love her.

The world really runs off people like us. Before and after they work they need a coffee, a meal out, a ride into town, grocery shopping for the nights dinner, go see a new movie, get their orders delivered.

120

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 17/08/2026

You know this new job can have its rough moments but there's actually something really nice about driving through the night when the roads are much better and then on the way home seeing everyone start to wake up for a week of work but instead I'm done and home free. I was never built for the 9 to 5

I should have done a size comparison with like a can for size or something! I have mine hanging off the handles on my cupboards.

111

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

Thank you. It means a lot! Yes the grief is strange. I spent so long believing I could do something to make things go back to normal. But when I realised they didn't want to get better it's very hard to deal with but at the same time strangely freeing. I need to stop wasting mental energy on them.

010

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

It wasnt my intention to trauma dump but rather offer a small explanation for why I've been a bit off the past two years. I'd be lying if I said it was getting better. But time does heal wounds eventually even if you're left with a painful scar. For those of you here for dragons, enjoy my vent piece

Not all TAR (Toxic Abuse Relationships) are romantic. Sometimes you grew up with them. Shared a room for 17 years, was always there for them, the best big sister you could be. But its taken me 2 years to realise you can't negotiate with a narcissist. You can't help someone who cannot look inwards.

1140

Zircon 🌙 @zircon.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

TW: Toxic Abuse relationship Learning to fly again is realising you'll probably never get closure. You have to grieve someone who's still alive. They took everything from you, but you're still here. And despite everything they did to you... you still miss them and would give anything to go back.

You're so right for it. I was peer pressured into using Pinterest for my art lessons throughout school and college but I refused and put my foot down. Still never made an account and have never found a use for it. Still get rage baited looking for images stuck behind a Pinterest account login.

Today's going to be a good day no matter how worried I am about it! 1. Takes passengers to wrong airport terminal 2. Car battery dies 3. Tyre pressure sensors light up (Is it an actual puncture or is it the faulty battery making the lights go on the blink? That's the game we play!) 4. Splits pants 🤦
