I like this idea that we saw something we shouldn't have 👀 I have to admit the last bit of the trailer was an odd collection of scenes which didn't really convey anything. So maybe this wasn't the final edit of the trailer. Or it gave too much of the plot away

Snow trip to Mt Hotham. Not so much snow but beautiful weather. Was literally walking around in at t-shirt in the middle of the day

Red breasted Robin on a dead Snow Gum with snowy hillside in the background

Howard's Hut an old cattleman's hut with only one little bed where no doubt some Brokeback mountain story played out back in the day

Alpine meadow with cute alpine grass and Snow Gums where I had a pleasant soujourn on a bushwalk

I don't know if I've watched anything that many times. I'm not a massive re-watcher. But probably this one because it used to play every Friday night at a cinema near me for at least a decade and I've watched it at home too. I used to think this line was so cool 😎

Fellow authors: without any context, what's the first line of your current WIP? [it's a bit NSFW but this is Bluesky right?] Sweat trickles down between his shoulder blades as Charlie's body undulates, moving on its own, seeking pleasure.

#3 I killed my mother (J'ai tué ma mère) a 2009 film I heard about because Francois Arnaud is in it. This was an interesting one. Not actually about matricide but about a teenage boy who has a difficult relationship with his mother. Enjoyed this the most of the three films youtu.be/0SdG1ai49FE

#2 My Own Private Idaho If you don't know it, it's a Gus van Sant film. Keanu Reeves and River Phoenix play close friends and street sex workers and it's set mainly in Portland and Idaho with a bit in Seattle.

I thought I should stop posting old 80s Australian vox pops. So here's a different video I seem to never tire of. Don't worry about the animation at the start it isn't a racist conspiracy video, it's an Australian sketch comedy show made by comedian Nazeem Hussian youtu.be/_cUWT6c0lcc

Southern beech forest near Queenstown. Southern beeches are a different group to those found in the northern hemisphere and the presence of these species in Australia, New Zealand and South America as well as fossils in Antarctica proved that these landmasses were all joined in the past
