Say hi to Mike! 👋 He's been working in restaurants since he was a freshman in high school in Wyoming, and considered culinary school, but pursued a degree in aviation. (Yes, he can fly an airplane!) His passion for food never left him, though, and he first came to the Deli in 2013 as a line cook.
