If anyone says they're "Too tired to get into it" probably doesn't have a full/fair story to give. Everything should be justifiable. There should be a real reason with the parties involved given a chance to speak their side and be heard by neutral parties.

You should never feel like you can't speak up about how you feel out of fear of being removed. You should never feel like someone in power is trying to conceal or silence you for how you feel. These are social engineering tactics that people deploy in their friend groups to hold power over others

I'm happy to be who I am now. I'm not happy with who I was and I worked on myself. Stopped drugs and alcohol. I stop and reflect instead of immediately hating someone because "someone told me I should." I'm glad to be criticized and happy to respond. To any and all of it. Fear can't hold me now.

I'll always encourage people to hear 2 sides of a story even if I tell them something. While in several cases its not just what sounds the most correct to what really happened. But what morals you agree with the most. Just as much as bad people can do good things. Good people can do bad things too.
