I know THE PITT is filling that ER void for some people, but for my money medical drama fans are sleeping on ALL HEART. A) you get to support PBS to stream it. B) it's Italian. C) it's set in the sixties. D) I am much more invested in these characters' lives, plus the fashions are incredible.
