I dont think theyll end up doing that, id be mostly in favor of it though. What Id hope they do is treat the game changer cards as that pseudo cedh banlist and gear it towards tournament play mainly Bracket 4 could be the “doing casual things w cedh cards” tier, and cedh could have a looser list

I wish modern had emergency banned it right away, it didnt feel too strong in cedh but it being so oppressive all summer in modern made everyone hate it It was sooooo much fun

I get people dont like Nadu but man they really get upset when you tell them that at a certain point nadu is deterministic for some reason

Thats totally fair. The main thought is with there being a large difference bw 3 and 5 that the game changer list might not be enough. Since cards will impact those two differently, i was trying to think of a way to avoid a “its really fine in cedh but problematic at even 3” or vice versa situation

I think that having something directly tied to cedh (being unbanning or banning cards specifically for tournament play). Like game changers 2 almost. Either something like nadu for unbanning or OBM for banning

1 min is what i typically do, big compound lifts like squat or bench press i do 2 min. Ive also done it by heartrate, starting my set whenever it drops below 110 or something like that (havent done that in a while so idk if 110 is the right #)

Played Tayam in a small local 8k prep tourney yesterday and made the final 4. The top 10 game might have been my best played game ever where i clawed back the win from 4th seat and used politicks and reserved play to wait for a perfect window. Looks like i got my deck for the 8k

It could be worth it in decks in Mopal and that have a high density of 3 mana impact cards, problem is that its super dead late game and its only really impactful when you play it t1 and use it t2

My buddy used to play cEDH Rigo bant farm until JLo got banned

G4 loss: sisay, me, kinnan, yuriko Another grind fest and niv snuck a win away from a draw, tragic 0-4

G3 loss: niv mizzet parun, tnt, yuriko, me River got powerful early and threatened a lot of damage but yuriko was able to politic his way to not dying and ended up w the win

G2 loss: me, magda, jeggy najeela, rogsi Got an early grafdiggers and cursed totem to lock the game down, but magda blew a REB when they did not need to and wouldnt even think abt changing their mind. Rogsi follows w thoracle pact and we lose 0-2

G1 loss: kenrith, atraxa, yuriko, me Got my board blown out early and was just holding on by a thread for a while. Kenrith got the W through combat damage
