One of my favorite books in recent memory is getting compacted! Huzzah! Hopefully a whole new batch of readers discovers this loveable loser ‘lliance! Did I force the alliteration? Sure. Boomerang would have done worse. That guy.

Sadly, the Art Director opportunity I had interviewed for last month turned up a bust. The interview went really well and I had pleasant interactions with both interviewers and it sounded really positive, so this is disappointing. On the upside, it does mean I am open to a new adventure! #hireme

Its my desktop background too! I really wanted to make it a reality, but the Pandemic and then the Dragonflight expansion had other plans hehe. Ultimately, the stuff I had in my head was quite similar to the some of what we got in Dragonflight. I would love to explore it someday though. Who knows!

It feels like a cruel joke that even though I am in a very good place artistically, mentally, and professionally, the world outside my door is coming apart at the seams. I guess thats what art is FOR huh? To help people FEEL something when they are otherwise numb. I have work to do... #artistlife

Study the past, observe the present, plan for the future. The past month has been exhausting, but I have taken solace in studying the history of how tyrants become their own downfall. I have been watching for the signs, and planning ways to resist, survive, and if needed, escape.

Same. The algorithms are definitely being actively manipulated the way that they are on Twitter. Maintaining at least one social media outlet that is free from that kind of control and manipulation is going to be key to everything moving forward.

I don't want to, trust me. I have been doing everything I can to transfer all of my business contacts and conversations to here, but until I complete those projects and have no further business being conducted through those apps, I am bound by having to use them for that purpose.
