Sad Weiss Diary - The Loneliest of All? Day 32(?!) of my #RWBY #WhiteKnight project brings #WeissSchnee reminiscing over how her life's changed since meeting #JauneArc and the rest of her friends. #WhiteKnightWeek and #WhiteKnightMonth have now come and gone, but this ship continues to sail on!

Dear Diary,

I used to be so cold, so lonely. The world, so very dark.

Life at home had become to cruel after my grandfather's passing.

It shaped me into the "Ice Queen" I was when I started at Beacon

But after meeting my friends... meeting Jaune.

I've found my life so much warmer, fuller, brighter.

I thawed, that icy exterior melting away, to reveal the "Snow Angel" I had kept locked away.

With my friends at my side, I've reconciled with my family

... and begun building one of my own.

I used to believe I was the loneliest of all.

I look at Jaune and Sylvie beside me, my friends and family so ready to support me,

Sad Weiss Diary - A Proud Dad Day 31 of my #RWBY #WhiteKnight project brings #WeissSchnee telling #KleinSieben that she and #JauneArc are dating. Klein, of course, is very proud to see Weiss find someone kind. #WhiteKnightWeek and #WhiteKnightMonth have now come and gone, but this ship lives on.

Dear diary,

I told Klein that Jaune and I are dating.

He went through a flurry of reactions, but finally settled on saying -

"I'm so happy for you, Weiss. It's not every day the lonely princess find her tenderhearted knight."

As my fuse blew, Klein continued. Saying that the Schnees had always been like a family to him and that... over the years, he has come to see me like a daughter.

- I love him so much.

And something about helping us build an Arc-Schnee manor... and sneaking cookies to our children... but at that point I was hugging him too loudly.

- A true, crying, sobbing mess.

Jaune and I had a video call with Saphron today.

We told her we were dating now.

Saphron gushed, saying she was so happy for her baby brother.

She wanted to know everything, how we met, when we became interested in each other, everything.

When Jaune told her he called me Snow Angel, Saphron cooed.

I blushed a little; it was indeed a cute nickname.

One could say I have grown into it.

But I turned a fiery red when Saphron made sure to remind us that I was good with kids.

How could I help it? Adrian is adorable.

Jaune would be an amazing father too...

Whitley visited today.

He asked how his favorite brother-in-law was doing.

Jaune blushed hard enough that I thought he would burst into flames.

I... was not much better.

I threw a pillow at him.

Whitley only laughed.

He has become infuriatingly warm lately.

As we were finally parting, Whitley could not help but ask one more thing.

If we had picked out a name yet.

A name for what, Whitley?

He gave only a smug smirk in response.

Jaune whispered, "I mean, Sylvie is cute."

I hate them all.

But also... Sylvie is cute.

I introduced Jaune to my mother, Willow, today.

I told her we were dating. I said that he was mine, and that I love him.

She actually teared up, smiled, and said Jaune reminds her of Grandpa Nicholas.

She said,

"I'm so glad that you found such a great partner. I'm so happy for you."

... and then she asked for grandchildren.

Jaune and I discussed our plans for our first home together.

I shared my plans for a shark tank under the floor of the living room.

He chuckled and shook his head, said something about rich people and evil villains.

He just doesn't understand my artistic genius!!

Although, the laser beams attached to the sharks wasn't a bad idea, I will admit.

And it is rather endearing that he agreed to my request.

I suggested he could plant that garden he was dreaming about in the yard.

He beamed at me and said the first thing he'll put in will be an apple tree.

Jaune and I confronted some powerful Grimm today.

They really tore up Jaune's armor, but fortunately his aura protected him.

Although, the results became rather... distracting.

I summoned some knightly armor around Jaune, for common decency of course.

It was by complete accident that I was unable to maintain the summoned clothes.

After all, it takes quite a lot of aura, and the fight was very... exhausting.

I was mortified, I thought I'd been so subtle in my interest!

Jaune laughed at it all, and pulled me in for a kiss.

I sighed, warm and content.

The defense of the city, the hate for the Schnees, trying to repair the trauma our teams have suffered.

I went outside the city for a bit, and Jaune joined me. We sat upon a dune together, and talked.

I said,

"Neither do I..."

We sat quietly, but not alone.

But we can't forget they're still incredibly brave, and good.

He caught me staring and said it was good to see me again. I... may have been a little flustered.

After Jaune and my (not) date to the movies, we walked through the lamp lit streets of the city.

Oscar retired early, parting with a not-so-subtle thumbs up to Jaune.

We talked, Jaune and I. And found ourselves at an outdoor ice rink. I've always liked skating.

Jaune bought hot coco for the two of us, to keep us warm. I hadn't realized how close we had huddled until he pulled away to pay.

It was, quite the pleasant night, it had been so long since we just had fun.

I told him how stunning it was, the lights reflecting on the ice before us. He said it wasn't near as stunning as me.

The underhanded rogue. I'm certain I hid my blush appropriately well.

But I... I still found myself leaning in.

And then the news hit about what happened at Robin's rally.

Was I really just about to...?

I took Jaune out to see Atlas today.

To return the favor for how he showed me around Argus.

When Yang and Blake tried to tease us, I just shook my head with a smile. I think I am growing too comfortable with their antics. I will have to readdress this short sightedness.

Jaune and I went to the concert hall where I gave my first performance, there was a nice band and singer playing. But Jaune, with his devilish tongue, said he'd rather listen to me sing.

I suggested we could do a duet together. Jaune plays the guitar after all, and I have all these instruments at home.

In my haste to get the words out, I suggested he 'finger a few of my strings.'

Brothers strike me down, or my mortifying mistakes will do it first...

We finally arrived at Atlas, only to find the kingdom enacting a dust embargo and undergoing an election, with my father running no less. Frightening circumstances indeed.

On the bright side, Jaune invited me to the movies, which did wonders to take my mind off things. I did enjoy the popcorn very much, and the movie was, admittedly, quite entertaining.

We went as friends, of course... Oscar even joined us as well. When I accepted Jaune's invittion, Oscar threw him a rather excited look. Did Jaune tell him about our past days at Beacon?

Jaune did ask me out to the movies once before, when he was courting me.

I refused then, but... I suppose things are different now.

Does Jaune still...? Would he still be interested... in me?

Ugh, they're so insufferable lately. I just want to learn more about Argus, and Jaune's the one who's actually visited before!

This isn't a date or anything. We're just walking through the park, maybe browsing through a few of those fancy boutiques, and visiting a nice cafe together.

I mean, the weather is a little chilly, so we might huddle together a little while we walk. And that café did look rather cozy.

Dear diary,

I have done everything I can to uphold the Schnee family name!

Every silly little thing has been locked away, buried, so I can maintain the proper behavior expected of a Schnee.

Sweets, popcorn, cakes. All the childhood joy and play. The need for my family to notice me...

It's all just dumb, at least, that's what my father said... what I told myself, deep in this Nightmare.

That is... until I met Jaune.

The boy with the blond hair has returned to torment me. I had thought placing him in jail with his friends would prevent this - it did not.

This has brought me great distress of a kind I am unfamiliar with.

Happy Klein depicted it as "Butterflies" in the stomach.

I would like Happy Klein to know that I have not ingested any insects and that butterflies would not be found in my stomach.

That is insance.

I will try to release my mind from this torment by fighting my teammates... Not the blond boy. He may stay. For now. Maybe for dinner.

I have discovered the silliest huntsman in training there could possibly be!

The boy, Jaune Arc.

He trips. He smiles too easily. He talks too much. He cares too fiercely.

He is so completely unable to meet the standards of this academy... but he doesn't give up.

Father would disapprove. Ironwood would frown. Whitley would laugh. Winter would sigh and say something about discipline.

I see Jaune laugh at lunch, spilling food on himself.

My fingers tighten on my silverware.

I mentally erase him from my calculations of success.

But sometimes... When no one is looking... When I am tired and my armor cracks...

I wonder what it would feel like to smile like that.

Dear diary,

Without my coffee, my chances of passing the exams are ruined!

If my grades dip below Yangs, I will never hear the end of it!

I return to the lunch table, dejected. Black coffee with no sugar, steaming sadly in my mug.

But what's this? I find two cubes placed upon my tray.

Who could have been so thoughtful? Not Yang, trying so hard to study at the last minute. Not Blake, who takes her tea plain. And certainly not Ruby, who had vacuumed them up in her gullet in the first place!

Could it have come from... Jaune Arc?

For what purpose? Does he hope to win a date? Then why hasn't he called attention to the gesture?

I don't know what to think of this. Has the world turned upside down?

Only, when I went to get sugar, it was all gone! Ruby had eaten it all!

This is a calmity!

Then took them, ate them all, and asked for more.

I told Jaune I don't know where she got this attitude.

He only stared at me, with a raise of a brow and a devilish smirk playing at his lips.

My family has turned against me.

It was a frigid morning, and Weiss was suffering terribly upon her shared bed with Jaune Arc. She wrote her experience down:

This morning my cold feet sought their warmer.

But by some cruel intention which eludes me, Jaune withdrew from their touch.

I now have only the bed blankets to myself. I have repeatedly tried to draw the attention of Jaune to my predicament, but he has grown deaf or cruel.

This may be my last entry. My feet require your back, Jaune.

I tried cooking again, the results were less than exemplary.

It doesn't make logical sense.

If cooking a roast at 225 takes 8 hours, it only makes sense that cooking at 450 would take 4 hours.

The fire was entirely unrelated.

But all the same, Jaune has... kindly offered to help me 'learn' how to cook.

I huffed, this show of pity was an affront to the Schnee name!

Jaune said we could start with cake.

I suppose I could swallow my pride, along with something sweet.

He made quiche - quiche! Who makes quiche without a recipe and says, "I just felt inspired?"

It was fluffy. Delicate. Seasoned to perfection.

I told him it was "acceptable." He smiled like I'd confessed undying love.

Which, frankly, is just cheating. I did not. Probably.

Dear diary,

Tonight I settled into bed with Jaune for my required cuddles, and maybe a little more.

I wore my softest pajamas and our favorite hoodie.

But when Jaune joined me, he smiled, gave me a kiss, and tucked me in.

He said - "We should get some sleep."

The world shattered like fine China. What matters tomorrow if we lose tonight?

"Goodbye forever, my love." I said, turning my back to him with tears in my eyes.

He only laughed at me in his callous way, before wrapping his arms around me and pulling my back against him.

Well, maybe I can content myself with a little cuddle as I drift to sleep.

Weiss Schnee returns from work, weary and tired. When she enters the home, she finds her Jaune laying upon the couch. She felt the scene before her must be written down, so she pulled out her diary and began to do so.

Dear diary,

Jaune fell asleep on the couch, waiting for me to return from my patrol.

His defiance continues to vex me.

He drolled slightly, my favorite mug rested in his hand, the tea now cold.

I covered him with a blanket, not my hoodie, and kissed his cheek. We are all imperfect.

He curled protectively around my mug. I think he believes its me.

It would seem he has weaponized his adorableness. I fear I may die.

Please send help. Or don't. I think I love him. This is a disaster.

I have pouted in protest, but as of yet, there are no signs that the washer will finish its cycle.
