Humanity has become one humongous cliché. Like processed foods that contain a lot of impressive-sounding additives but low nutritional value, humanity has lost its ‘salt’ so it lacks ‘flavor.’ As a result, we don’t know who we are or what we’re supposed to accomplish. Humankind’s really in bad shape.
To regain our bearings we have to travel back in time. We need to relearn how to make wholesome foods that are appropriate for our journey—fit for mind, body and soul.
“The world” once taught us that the ideal female was supposed to be ‘ _emotional_ ,’ ‘ _loving_ ,’ ‘ _beautiful_ ,’ and ‘ _wanted_.’ Somewhere along the way, those superior, good and desirable qualities became ‘ _illogical_ ,’ ‘ _weak_ ,’ ‘ _vain_ ,’ and ‘ _empty_ ‘—inferior.
Let’s sample slices of Stevie Nicks’ profound quote, one ‘unsanitary’ word at a time. Hopefully, we can cure and ‘salt’ humanity back to health.
The four words we’ll be sampling are: ’emotional,’ ‘loving,’ ‘beautiful,’ and ‘wanted.’
1. **Emotional** — a person with this quality is sensitive, passionate and compassionate. As a diagnostician of moods and feelings, this person has a keen sense of what’s going on with self and others.
2. **Loving** — anyone who has the gift of nurturing lives and curating healthy as well as long-lasting relationships is endowed with this nature.
3. **Beautiful** — most people associate beauty with outward appearance; however, they overlook that inner ‘aliveness’ that glows, radiates, shines and heals all it favors. Only the truly beautiful harness this inner quality that enhances and transcends physical looks.
4. **Wanted** — it takes intelligence, skill, drive and know-how to be highly favored and sought out. Such an individual exudes personal power and resourcefulness. A self-actualized person at this level becomes a source of strength, hope, courage and goodness.
Anyone who believes that a person with any or all of these four qualities is ‘ _illogical_ ,’ ‘ _weak_ ,’ ‘ _vain_ ,’ or ‘ _empty_ ‘ isn’t worthy of you or your sphere. Possessing these qualities would make you the very salt that this unsavory world desperately needs, so don’t let yourself be dumped on the ground or trampled.🍃
