iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Can't believe it took me so long to finally start playing Pokopia, but holy dang do I love it--I had been somewhat burnt out on these kinds of games since new horizons, but I'll say they legit nailed all the finer details, both in terms of gameplay and actual pokemon interactions; fantastic stuff

Me and Mew posing for a photo in front of the ancient mural.

Showing Mew to their new home, which is pretty humble right now on account of me just starting the game, but I did place some fancy golden Magikarp statues right in front as ornaments.

Mew talks to you while floating upside down... this is game is simply perfect.

Pokopia: 100/10 game SSS+++; truly my dreams come true

What in tarnation...

Happy to report that team treasure hunters (myself and Pidgey) found the last 3 mystery slates in pokopia, and in just 4 days since I started playing--But what could possibly be the secret behind them... what could it be, indeed..........

Me and Pidgey posing victoriously after 4 long days of just searching all over for them glowing spots; holy dang was it hard! Since I learned you could get em from the very beginning, of course I wasn't going to just not get to them immediately lmao

Me posing in front of the mural over the last mystery slate about to be placed... mysteriously.

Was motivated enough today that I ended up deep cleaning the computah (and also the dang gpu, cause I had only done a pseudo cleaning a while back... but now I really got in there)

GPU innards for all to see (it's a 5yo GTX 1660 Super)

This is after the cleaning; I forgot to take a before photo, but trust me, it was literally all grey due to the dust film... the fans could barely move

Prepared for a whole month amassing as many gems as I could for this one...

Banner for Diantha Arc Suit and Gardevoir in Pokemon Masters EX

Diantha Arc Suit and Gardevoir show up (after 4 multipulls!!!)

Not terrible, just 12k gems... I've had way worse lmao

The whole idea is to begin a new LGP savefile and have the most... normal team ever from the very start

000

And in even more shiny pokemon news (the last of the night)... I simply sent a bunch of my shiny pokemon go mons to let's go pikachu, including most of the mewtwos I caught during this recent global fest.

Me staring at shiny Meltan and 3 shiny Melmetals sent from Pokemon Go to Let's Go Pikachu (one stays in my main savefile, the second goes to my alt, and the third will be sent to ZA).

Me starting at shiny Moltres and shiny Mewtwo sent from Pokemon Go to Let's Go Pikachu (they will be part of my team in my new LGP playthrough).

Me staring at... just a bunch of Mewtwos. A bunch of Mewtwos. Yep. All sent from Pokemon Go.

of course the last two mons I needed for the ZA dexes weren't exactly the easiest to get, eh

Shiny alpha Garchomp Z doing a cool pose (which took a while to get right lmao)

Shiny alpha Gholdengo laughing at my misery and how long it took to get all the 999 coins to evolve it...

000

In more shiny pokemon news, I also got to claim this portable nuclear reactor after finally completing the ZA dexes; gotta admit, its shiny has grown on me, more so than its original even (I learned to love strident shiny mons through the years)

Me with shiny Volcanion gotten by completing all the Pokemon ZA pokedexes (I was kinda lazy about that).

Stats for shiny Volcanion in Pokemon ZA (accompanied by all the shiny mons I still have to evolve and train... but I'm too lazy to get to it).

Shiny Volcanion's info page in Pokemon ZA.

forgot to add, I also spent a night with em in my main violet file so they could meet some old friends...

Shiny Jirachi meets other shiny friends, which includes shiny Arceus, Shaymin, and Darkrai (from my main BDSP savefile), one of my pink Mews, and their Jirachi twin!

now they are ready to join their other shiny siblings (sparkle gang, as I call em) and begin a new adventure in my second pokemon violet savefile!!!

spent some time with them in Go, then almost immediately sent it to Home, and then to BDSP to get all of em ribbons (including the contest ones)

Shiny Jirachi in Pokemon Home with its stats and info data.

Shiny Jirachi dancing during one of the BDSP contests! (very cute!!!)

Shiny Jirachi with all of the available (at the time) ribbons from Pokemon BDSP.

Big shiny hunting news (that actually happened 3 weeks ago, but I've been too busy to post about)... *breathes in* I FINALLY claimed my Pokemon Go shiny Jirachi whose quest I began almost A YEAR AGO!!!!

Final reward stage to claim shiny Jirachi in Pokemon Go.

At last... after so long, so much work... it's done (shiny Jirachi's stats page).

Found a weird shiny dude today...

000

Zee @zeruss.bsky.social · 27/04/2026

still trying some workable move+gem sets on it (it does have a good bingo trio); I think Thunder and Psychic work well enough as is, but might change their places to try it out someday

000

Zee @zeruss.bsky.social · 27/04/2026

It's over... after 9 months of on/off shiny hunting, and I finally found a shiny Mew in Pokemon Quest!!!!!!!!!!

181 total Mew encounters (shiny odds are 1 in 50, which means I went x3 times over odds... fantastic)

I have SO MANY shiny legendary phases; so many Mewtwos, so many birds...

Zee @zeruss.bsky.social · 02/04/2026

30 miserable days facing his ass and legit thinking I wouldn't be able to beat all of the 30 battles, but here we are, free at fucking last

And the final reward? His dang face on a title banner lmao

Zee @zeruss.bsky.social · 28/03/2026

It ain't the shiny version, but still!!!

Immersive Mew card pulled in Pokemon TCG Pocket; it shows Mew floating over a flowery green garden.

Opened 10 packs with my last 120 free hourglasses, and this was the best pull of the lot.

I've also been hunting for that shiny mew in pokemon quest, but jesus christ, that's been impossibly boring and grindy and awful, so maybe I'll have better luck with that this year

hatch date for the first shiny Sprigatito, being 4/20 blaze it 2025.

hatch date for the last of the shiny Fuecocos and starters, being February 25, 2026.
