should i also add the rest of the ascians i'm missing? like mitron, loghrif, nabriales...?

1130

Sydney✦🌙 @zeroshadows.bsky.social · 16/08/2026

like how are you supposed to tell how many images are in this post compared to just using the grid format..? I also tend to just scroll past them which upsets me as an artist

111

Sydney✦🌙 @zeroshadows.bsky.social · 16/08/2026

and the way that the photoset cuts off at literally the second image like okay... thanks i guess...

i still use twitter bc of fandoms i like being primarily over there, but i'm getting so frustrated by their recent layout changes its unbelievable how bad they are

250

Sydney✦🌙 @zeroshadows.bsky.social · 16/08/2026

can i blame bluesky for twitter swapping to a photo carousel layout, or were they both copying another website...? genuinely one of my least favorite layout decisions i've ever seen made in all of social media. everyone should keep using a grid format

In other news, I've been slowly replying to the standee comm requests. I plan on accepting all of them and spending 2 or 3 months working through them!

It finally seems to be staying at a semi tolerable temp. Hopefully I can catch up this week

It depends on how many submissions I get! In the past I only picked a selection because I got so many that it would take several months to get through them all. As it stands now I could probably accept all of the ones I've received so far if I dedicate 2-3 months to them 🤔 I'm still considering

Sydney✦🌙 @zeroshadows.bsky.social · 01/08/2026

A little under a week to submit! These won't be open again until next year

🍊HOW TO TIP ARTISTS ON #VGEN (share for visibility!) 🌱Vgen has a built in tipping, or "boosting" system. The name isn't the most intuitive, but that's a different issue. ✨When clients boost, they can add a cute sparkle around their comm in the artist's portfolio! (+)
