slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 01/10/2026They can be a little pricey new, but all of the Meris X line are excellent multi effects. Requires a little menu dive to get the most of it, but I imagine it could handle everything except an amp sim. Built in tuner and looper in the LVX, but it has the fewest reverb sounds. 010
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 23/09/2026I'm voting for habit. Honestly, one of CB's most underrated pedals. 110
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 22/09/2026Ezhi and Aka Moomindrone T and Moomindrone '26. Memories are just ghosts. #experimental #noise #guitarpedal #pedalsky #palindrome 151
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 22/09/2026I totally get the pog and boss octave line for that job, they sound great. I dig ring mod for the same sort of thing, the one in the Enzo is great (good comp and filters too.) Hedra kills it for harmonized leads, but yeah, has a synthetic edge. 000
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 21/09/2026I think the fuzz is really good, but it's pricey if you don't need all the funky intervals. For that money, a Meris hedra (or enzo) does a lot more interesting pitch stuff, if you already have fuzz you like. 110
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 07/09/2026Oh yeah, strymon bluesky and cloudburst... If you're into strymon stuff. I think regardless of their oversaturation in the market, they make a decent reverb algorithm. 000
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 07/09/2026GFI specular tempus is not too big, has 5 pin midi in and truly punches above its weight. Neunaber Illumine is pricy, and so is the Meris mercury x (with is also a bigger box). The standard Meris Mercury 7 is pretty cool. Chase Bliss dark world is still easy to get second hand, but mono. 130
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 06/09/2026Very true. I'll make sure to check that out, thanks for sharing. 000
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 06/09/2026Thanks for listening! I'm working on a full album, but I do have a couple released tracks out there. I used to post everything on another social media, but have since abandoned it. dustopianfrequencies.bandcamp.com/album/spacesdustopianfrequencies.bandcamp.comSpaces, by Various Artists10 track album 100
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 14/08/2026Montreal Assembly - Count to 5. 3 different types of delay / short loop stuff. And they're on sale right now... Discomfort Designs- Phantom Limb Delay and microlooper A little more expensive, but unique. Pladask Elektrisk - Draume Amazing reverb, but harder to find sometimes. 110
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 28/07/2026Would recommend a trial of the nobels or other mid focused od into the muff with low gain on the muff. Always been a favorite stack of mine, but I can't say I've used that particular muff. 210
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 28/07/2026Of course, makes sense, that's where the echoplex would be in an amp-top situation. The real question i have is, do you have the novels before or after the big muff, and is the comp at the end? 210
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 28/07/2026You've got nothing to explain, they all stack differently, I understand. 120
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 28/07/2026Fair point. I would say it circles back to your thing about non standard sizes. Can't even criticize the broad selection of overlapping gain stages, I suppose I do it with delays. 120
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 28/07/2026Never before said "Wish this pedal had side jacks." 100
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 25/07/2026100% I have other reasons, but still totally agree. 110
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 24/07/2026Only ever had one Alexander pedal, similar issues, but it was cool. Another solid mention would be the GFI Specular Tempus. Underrated pedal. CB Lost and Found would suit you as well, just not as much flexibility as the dual Boss. 110
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 24/07/2026With that feature set, I'd look into either the Hologram Microcosm, or the Meris Mercury X (covers a wide range of delay for a reverb.) The Microcosm has a suite of different effects, but might not be as flexible as you need when using delay + verb simultaneously. Both have midi i/o and clock. 120
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 06/06/2026Never tried any DBA stuff, would like to. If you're ever in the mood for a different flavor, judging by the rest of your board you'd probably enjoy the Polymoon. 010
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 06/06/2026Very tasteful board. Shallow Water into Hizumitas still one of the best things I've ever heard. 110
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 06/06/2026Bet you have twice as much fun playing yours. You can also take it to jam somewhere on a whim. Of that, I'm jealous. 110
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 20/04/2026Completed the Meris triptych. The non-evil twin of the stryfecta. 0230
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 19/04/2026Arpanoid is so underrated. Combines really well with something like the meris hedra, that can really unlock it's potential. 140
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 13/04/2026It's a right handed player focused thing, cable comes out the right side of the instrument, so it's just convenient (for righty's). Some of the earliest pedals weren't designed with that in mind, though. 030
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 29/03/2026That's very cool. I've heard some great demos of pedals on violin, here's one. m.youtube.com/watch?v=oXS_...m.youtube.comMERIS HEDRA DEMOYouTube video by bad snacks 110
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 28/03/2026No. For me I listen to ambience actively, thinking about how it was made. 010
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 27/03/2026I still think the Controller S was the most comfortable controller ever made. 140
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 20/03/2026As a pedal fan who dabbles in synths, I'm on your side. What synth are saving for? 120
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 09/03/2026Nice board! How do you like the Radius? I've been considering one, cool feature set for a ring mod. 100
slack metal @zeropointzen.bsky.social · 27/02/2026Nice rig! How have you enjoyed the atomic cluster? I've wanted to try it for a while now. 110
