The mtg chaos draft yesterday was crazy. On pack 4 the draft organizer took the last pick Vedalken Mesmerist and ripped it in half. It further got ripped up throughout the night to modify other cards on the board. Here's the highlights.

A mountain relabeled Mountain Mesmerist
With card art partially covered with the art from the Vedalken Mesmerist card.
The type of the card is:
"nd - Mountain"
with the text:
"Whenever opponent wizard attacks, target creature gets 1B"

An Insolent Neonate relabeled "Insolent Nalkene"
The type of the card is:
"Creatu - Creature"
With the set changed to Ravnica Remastered

A creature the opponent has on the board with the power and toughness of 2/4 but text from another card changes it to a 25/41

A Setessan Training renamed Whenever Raining with a new mana value of 1G1B and a new type of Creatchanture - Veca
And the text enchant Wizard you control
When Setes Training attacks alkenfield, draw a card. Enchtarget creature gets +1/+0 and has trample.
This card has also been given 2 power and 1 toughness
