From what I’ve read, this feels like a return to the pre-ACA era. The plan is for small businesses to band together to negotiate better rates. But wasn’t that already the case before Obamacare? It didn’t work well then—so will it really work better now? Only the GOP knows!

I think Mr. Trump is onto something even bigger—he just dismantled the Dept of Ed. What if he does the same with all other federal departments, except for a handful? We all know the GOP prefers shifting power to the states. If we get rid of the Treasury, the federal deficit will be history—easy fix

He enjoys talking. I only wish he realized that his words have consequences and worldwide effects, for better or worse. One thing I've noticed, though, is that he spends more time at his Resolute Desk than ever before and uses his signature hand movements less. Maybe it's a sign of his age.

I'll wait until the market closes. This has become a pattern—he says something outrageous in the morning that depresses the market, only to rescind or delay the action before closing, recovering some of the morning's losses. Why does he do that? Very strange! It doesn't help the market settle.
