all things considered this was one of the most genuine compliments ive ever received.

I wanted to keep my house, so I've offered 60k to my ex for her half. It's a good deal for her as she did nothing outside of sabotaging my life in the past 5 years. She agreed. I also needed a remortgage to settle my debts which she knew. Yet now she sent me a contract of 90k
