I’m still hurt over being cast aside when my uncle hurt you and I would have defended you to the death, but I think you didn’t know what to do. Neither did I. I was just confused when you chose isolation instead of understanding. I’ll never understand that part.

You made the holidays bearable and when people tried to make them awful, you came to the rescue. You never listened to family gossip and you always had my back. There was never a time where you didn’t believe in me and all you did was lift me up.

I know we didn’t talk for the last 10 years of your life or so… I frankly can’t even remember how many years it’s been because I tried not to think about it. Through no fault of my own, we stopped talking even though you were a huge part of my world.

We should normalize not being nice to people who use AI, especially those that make up 800 excuses for why they can’t learn to draw or why they can’t commission a human artist. If a toddler can draw, so can you. And if you can’t, save up for a commission and STFU. Have YOUR toddler draw it even.

I've always thought about just disappearing from everything for a year just to see who stays in contact with me in whatever ways they can, but then I remembered what getting rid of FB and moving did. Out of sight, out of mind. People don't make time because they don't want to.
