Developed two rolls of TMAX 400 in XTOL. Both came out perfectly. Also used the new negative slicer I picked up and honestly: Game changer. I don't know how I cut negatives before this lil guy.

First roll developed in XTOL, some Arista 100 Ultra Edu (aka Fomapan). Definitely more involved than a monobath but there's something about getting all my chems ready in their beakers and having everything labelled and dated that appeals to my particular neurodivergence. Scanning this weekend.

Finally got around to mixing up my XTOL. I have a backlog of over a dozen rolls of B&W to start working through. Kinda losing the luster for color, lately. My XA has a haze around the middle of the lens that's annoying, and it's focus ring is lose so I'm often out of focus. B&W has that art feel.

So, I was able to repair the shutter on the #Holga 120-GFCN that I picked up from goodwill, but the flash is corroded beyond repair with blown caps. Given the price of these things, it's not worth fixing, but I can use the glass lens from this one to make a Super Holga with my 120N...

picked up another roll of #lomography purple 120 today but i'm not sure if I want to keep using it in the Holga or try it out in the TLR. It really does match the Holga vibe but I'm not sure if sharper focus of my Yashica-A would do the same.

Camera shop called after 7 weeks to tell me that they can't repair my OM-4. I had specifically asked them when I dropped it off if they repaired Olympus OM models because they are known for being a pain in the ass to work on. Was told "sure thing" and "no problem".
