Now I need another blood test to check the ALT level. Sounds too good to be true, because it's been only 3 weeks since I started taking UDCA, but I'm happy anyway. 010

Not the food itself, but the fact that you have to eat something every 2.5-3 hours, even if you are not hungry. So, you have to build your daily routine around mealtimes. 110
