if it's of interest, here are some in progress roughs for this piece! i wanted to be able to see both of their faces, which was tricky, and originally felix's expression was more openly fraught. i ended up with something more ambiguous, because even he doesn't know what he's feeling right now

i fully believe kaine is edgy enough to choose lilith as a name. she repurposed the jackal's old lab years ago to resequence her dna while petra parker was still cracking her shell.

trans scarlet spider (kaine) as lilith parker in a tanktop and torn jeans, dufflebag over her shoulder with the mask poking out. middle sibling back in town. she is huge and muscular, still has degeneration scarring, but her hair is luscious and half tied up.
