In fact, I think I'm putting together a collection of sorts from the ordered YCH. It's an interesting feeling because I love collecting all sorts of things!

#vgen Hey folks! :D I’m new to Vgen, so I want to see as MANY other artists as possible in my friends list - that’s why I’m adding everyone. Letgoooo Username: laitheis

(28/60) NOT Daily Drawing 🎨 Well… life happened, and I won’t lie - the burnout was INSANE, so I failed my own challenge. But I’m not too upset. I’ve improved a lot, and hopefully I’ll find a better balance so I don’t burn out again.

(27/60) Daily Drawing 🎨 Working on a commission right now. This client’s been great - replies quickly and is clear. For context, before this, I spent three days dealing with someone who kept disappearing and then canceled anyway. That’s how it goes sometimes.

(26/60) Daily Drawing 🎨 Fun fact - when I needed to check what color Zoro’s eyes are and looked at some references, I realized Oda always draws his pupils as tiny dots, lol. #ONEPIECE📷 #Zoro

(24/60) Daily Drawing 🎨 I decided to redraw an old YCH today and, overall, I think it turned out better (new one right) #ychcommission

(23/60) Daily Drawing 🎨 So far my most popular piece is the maid outfit one. And I remember mentioning in the intro thread with my artmoots that I wanted to draw Zoro… so the idea kind of came together on its own. #Zoro

(22/60) Daily Drawing 🎨 My back is killing me, my eyes are red, but I still managed to finish this YCH! Thanks @crunchofchips.bsky.social for the cookies without their sugary magic I definitely wouldn’t have made it. #ychcommission

(21/60) Daily Drawing 🎨 Feels like I’m starting to notice the first signs of burnout. I’ll try focusing on setting up my VGen page for now. Kind of a change of pace. #frieren

(20/60) Daily Drawing 🎨 Spent most of my drawing day working on a commission sheet design, but I didn’t forget to make time for Frieren fanart. Decided to try lighting that’s unusual for me >:D #smallartist #artmoots

(18/60) Daily Drawing 🎨 Today I was REALLY tempted to skip my Daily Drawing since I honestly didn’t get much sleep for a few reasons. But I pushed through and finished 2 emotions for the fox girl! Keep moving dears! #artmoots #smallartist

(17/60) Daily Drawing 🎨 Finished drawing the maid outfit. Was hoping to get the expressions done too today, but friends dragged me into D&D. And damn, no regrets - was insanely fun! #artmoots #smallartist

(17/60) Daily Drawing 🎨 I'm at the finish line! All that remains is to complete the maid’s uniform (additional option “Change outfit”) and several heads with bright emotions. letgoooo #smallartist #artmoots

(16/60) Daily Drawing 🎨 A cute pet as an extra option on my commission sheet. My wife started melting the moment she saw it - I even got a little embarrassed 😅 Don’t see her react that strongly to my art very often! #smallartist #artmoots

(14/60) Daily Drawing Challenge Backgrounds are definitely tougher for me than characters, so I had to wander the internet for references 😅 How do you prefer to draw: - gathering refs and studying them - or just letting your imagination run wild? #smallartist

(13/60) 60 Days Drawing Challenge Showed my piece to my brutally honest friend yesterday. He went “meh” and called out what he didn’t like. He’s rarely impressed, but that’s why I keep him around 😄 Also worked on her outfit today. #smallartist #artmoots

(12/60) 60 Days Drawing Challenge Finished the lineart and moved on to rendering. Phew… and according to my plan I still need to draw her in clothes, add a background, and give her a cute pet by her side. Let’s keep going, guys!

(11/60) 60 Days Drawing Challenge Which hairstyle works better? I did the first version with straight hair, then stared at it for a while like 🤨 and realized it doesn’t really fit something as important as a commission sheet. I reworked it. What do you say?

I just wanted to share some work from before 2021, when I gave up drawing and took up... a lot of other things: working at work, trying to make a game in Unity, trying 3D modeling, music... But eventually, I returned to drawing. Almost 4 years of art block, haha

(10/60) 60 Days Drawing Challenge I finally decided to make my commission sheet. I’ll draw an original character in three versions: in underwear, in clothes, and with a full background. Hope it turns out nice. #WIP
