Wasn't a fan of the ending of #Lanterns Definitely a lot of things felt wrong. Saw some stuff coming a mile away but it shouldn't have ended that way. Definitely not a fan of the lantern and what it's made out of. Hal deserved better.

And yes, there are still semi-regular outbreaks of the plague, including pneumonic plague, worldwide, because there are plenty of animal reservoirs! There are a few cases of it in the US every year, too. It's easily treated if you get medical care immediately after symptoms start.

Because it's buried at the bottom of the article and CNN is presenting it in a misleading way: before people worry, the "unknown" part is how the worker was exposed, the pathogen is good old fashioned Y. pestis which we understand extremely well and can treat just fine if caught early

Was reading some Japanese news and it kinda hit me I'd be in Tokyo in three weeks if I had left my vacation alone. Really sucks but I'm better off waiting. A lot of factors up in the air right now. Will definitely be better off financially but I also want to see how some things change in Japan first

So Cardinals lost last baseball game this year, my Chiefs won, Dallas lost thankfully and I leveled my hunter to 15 and I'm in Sentinel Hill after joining the alliance. (I can't believe it, either) Finishing watching this Rams game then headed to sleep. Back to work tomorrow. Ugh.
