One final piece: this is the initial experiment in modelling a Fibonacci sequence as a shell as art! It began my Voronoi diagram experiments!

These pieces are also Voronoi diagrams made from mapping randomly-generated polygons on two normally-distributed (Gaussian) axes!

This is a 2D projection of the distribution of the nearest 10,000 stars to Sol, the Sun, which is in the centre of the picture! Also a Voronoi diagram! (Not unlike a Mercator projection!)

Publishing some of my Voronoi diagram art! I programmed this in R using a custom Voronoi function - it assigns colours to polygons! I generated the colours using the viridis package!
