Which still falls under misogyny, it’s just not the type of misogyny people tend to think about. It’s still putting women into a box and a gender role stereotype, even if it’s a not overtly harmful or aggressive one. That is all!

#hazbinhotel #alastor #season2gommentary Been seeing some confusion over the ‘misogyny’ statement re: Alastor. Yes, Alastor prefers being around women over men and no he doesn’t hate them. Alastor also has old fashioned views on women and tends to see them as more delicate and ‘the fairer sex’.

‘Stayed gone’ is also playing in the soundtrack during that part!

I 100% understood what was happening with Charlie in season 2. I think with good people it’s especially rough because everyone will want to find your flaws and attack you for it. Or just make up bs and spread it to tear you down. There’s a natural urge to want to correct the misconceptions.

Yes, it kept coming back and continued to evolve. Pneumonic plague came in the middle-late stages and was way more deadly than the first. It killed people so rapidly they were digging large pits where bodies were burned before mass burial.

Stan x Caine x Bill ship was not on my 2026 bingo card.

Damn. I mean this as a compliment but I’ve never seen baby batter rendered that well before.

It’d also explain why he had immediate beef with Lucifer. He’s not a ‘white gut’ per se, but he’s definitely the upper class and was an absentee father for a while. With Vox, I think he learned it after they had met and harbored a lot of mixed feelings and it exploded at the ‘friend’ comment.

The abuse was to both of them after it was discovered that she actually had the kid. But it would explain why he seemed to have a lot of distain for mostly well-off looking white men in the flashbacks.

#hazbinhotel I know the popular theory about Al is that his dad was an alcoholic who beat his mom, but after thinking about it more and the time period… I think they weren’t married and his dad was the son of a rich former-Plantation owner who got one of the housekeeping staff (his mom) pregnant.

When I quit in 2023 they were rolling that out. If you accept more than 90% of your offers or something you ‘unlock’ high paying orders. Otherwise you get pushed down the list of available drivers. That’s when I was like ‘welp, good run’.

I have to believe that these are young teens because if they’re adults I will lose my mind.

Same things with delivery apps like Door Dash. I worked for them for a while between jobs. Each order pays a base of $2.25 no matter the cost of the food. That’s why some people’s orders will just sit there, because no tip and it’s 2.50 for 5 miles of driving.

I think it’s very likely that Vincent knew about Alastor. They may not have met but I’m sure Al’s crimes being exposed after death would have been pretty big news at the time.

Oscar Wilde made three OCs based on himself and smashed them into a book together. You’re allowed to go buckwild.

Yup. The rise of puritanical attitudes in fiction is doing a lot of harm. It’s also linked to a rise in fascist beliefs, unsurprisingly.

Yup. If I don’t like something I go, “eh, not my thing but some people probably enjoy it” and move on. I don’t understand devoting all that energy into hating a ship. Like find something productive to do, Jesus.

I didn’t learn this until I was in my 20s so I do think people are just unaware. But yeah, it’s about 3-4 inches in and easily accessible with fingers or even a small dick. 😉

I’m a multi shipper and I don’t get the vitriol for RA in particular, either. Out of all the Alastor ships it has some of the best chemistry but people don’t want to hear it.
