The second draft of my next book is roughly 8 chapters away from being finished. I can almost feel the second breath kicking in. I swear it doesn't have as many characters as the screenshot makes you believe.

A word count breakdown shows 472 pages, 157,158 words, and character totals of 838,135 with 684,693 excluding spaces.
