Ok, looks like @vscode.dev is heading to a right direction with allowing the agent-first view for the workspaces in the recent update. Me like it!

Have you heard a surgeon say, "I won't sterilise my tools, as the patient won't let me"? I haven't, but I have heard multiple times, "Business won't let us add unit tests." I wrote a bit on such lies we tell to ourselves in the latest #ArchitectureWeekly www.architecture-weekly.com/p/business-w...

🤔 Who should/could I invite for the next "The Busy Programmer" interview? Is there anyone in the IT industry you'd like to analyse, demystify, learn from when it comes to work-life balance, productivity, business aspects or anything else beyond code?

🔥 New The Busy Programmer Podcast Episode! 🔥 Burnout in IT is real — but overcoming it is possible. In this episode, I sit down with Ola Kunysz — developer, mentor, and content creator — who has successfully battled burnout and now helps others do the same.

Welcome in 2025, busy programmers! Let's make it LIT 🔥 Why not to start it from tuning into my conversation with Maciej 'MJ' Jedrzejewski - who I followed and admired for years and who I had a pleasure to meet IRL at Programistok a while ago too 👊

Christmas pierogi and nativity plays only slightly disrupted my publishing rhythm on The Busy Programmer channel. The episode I'm sharing with you today, however, feels particularly special to me...

Literally, I was already "prepping" mentally and technically for the meeting and awaited to click "Join" in the calendar invite, when it was moved to the further slot of the day. Need to spend some time trying to name emotion I feel now... frustration? disappointment? helplessness?

Get permission or ask for forgiveness? It's always the same dilemma. What is your approach? I kind of like the "radiate intent" term. Remembers me the time when I read "Turn The Ship Around" book which is obviously an inspiration for this one.
