Damn, i think your not be a fan of Ray Gunn huh?

Unrelated but it’s also sooooo nice to see a directors passion project receive great reviews, so many passion projects from great directors unfortunately tend to fail, so it’s great seeing a passion project 30 years in the making stick the landing perfectly

Brad bird once again proving he is the goat. I’m so excited to see Ray Gunn when it releases in Ireland. I’ve always admired Brad Birds mindset of making animated movies for a more mature audience, and I feel like we really need a movie like Ray Gunn, so excited!!

I Dont think it’s that deep, it looks like he googled “haunted house” and went with that image and didn’t notice it was AI Happens to the best of us sure, I find myself accidentally putting in AI images in videos while editing (I always ensure to remove any AI imagery asap ofc)

Okay so putting asside the fact that this is being produced by John Lasseter MAN, it's soooo refreshing to see an animated PG movie that has more mature and adult themes in it. with how many modern animated movies appeal to only kids, Ray Gunn is a breath of fresh air we WILL be watching

As his editor, this is incredibly disheartening news to hear. I really hope this issue gets sorted out quirky so we can get back to work on videos 🙏

Zac @zacquinn.bsky.social · 09/04/2026

I am soooo hyped for this movie. I already love how the people look in this movie and the general design looks amazing. Plus Brad Bird has a brilliant way of writting movies that are made more for adults then kids

Apologies but I do not know how deep Rowlings hatred goes and that she wants to fund ways to harm and kill trans people is there a source where this is said? again wanna make it clear I am severally against Rowling and her extremely harmful views

210

Zac @zacquinn.bsky.social · 26/03/2026

Again I despise JK Rowling and her harmful views, and personally the trailer hasn’t really sold on the show. But again we rarely get a show like this where 8 season are guaranteed and can offer so many people jobs And ofcourse, leave the child actors alone. They’ve done nothing

000

Zac @zacquinn.bsky.social · 26/03/2026

I keep seeing on this site people demand we should disrupt filming or get the show cancelled. Now ofc you can have your opinions on JK Rowling and her very harmful views. But this show is providing nearly 10 years worth of work for thousands of talented people who are no doubt working hard on this

320

Zac @zacquinn.bsky.social · 24/03/2026

Ay you can think that ofc! Personally I think poor Doug gets way too much hate online. He really has his moments that show he’s a great critic! But again I understand if you don’t like him! Totally okay

000

Zac @zacquinn.bsky.social · 24/03/2026

Oh yeah!! Well tbf that was 6 years ago lol, and I suppose sometimes ya gotta exaggerate your reaction for the sake of humour. he’s fairly tame in his recent reviews. Always love watching some of his positive stuff! He’s deadass a good enough critic when he isn’t yelling lmao 🤣
