I actually think High and Low is a better English title. There are SO many films called "Heaven and Hell" in English that another one essentially disappeares. Calling it High and Low gives it's own distinct identity.

The point of language is to transmit information. In my head, I say "Shinya Shokudo." That is the title of my favorite TV show. But when I am speaking English? I saw MIDNIGHT DINER. Because I actually want people to enjoy the conversation and watch the show.
