Ansonsten wie gesagt alles gut, bei Überbelastung - oder wenn du weißt du musst was damit heben oder so - Schiene tragen und dann geht das eigentlich alles ziemlich gut. :D Das einzige was ich mir mittlerweile immer mal einbilde, ist dass beim Wetterwechsel das Handgelenk manchmal muckt XD Bin alt.

Wenn ich merke das ich überbelaste trage ich meine Schienen oder mache mir mal für 1 -3 Nächte nen dicken Voltaren-Verband. Leider kann man aber immer wieder Gefahr laufen, dass das passiert - bei mir letztes Jahr im Examen z.B. weil ich so viel schreiben musste. Danach hatte ich tagelang aua.

Spritzen hatte ich nur einmal auf der rechten Seite etwa ein halbes Jahr nach der ersten OP bekommen, wo es noch am heilen war, aber danach war auch gut. Seitdem habe ich eigentlich "keine Probleme" mehr.

Links hatte ich das auf der Daumenseite, also im ersten Streckfach. Das wurde ambulant bei einem Chirurgen gemacht und das war nicht sonderlich angenehm, weil es so bös' entzündet war, aber im Nachhinein ist es auch gut verheilt, nur die Narbe sieht nicht schön aus.

Ich bin an beiden Handgelenken operiert. Rechts im 6.ten Streckfach, also Außenseite vom Handgelenk. Das wurde damals in Vollnarkose im Krankenhaus gemacht und nach rund zwei Wochen konnte ich die Hand eigentlich wieder ziemlich normal nutzen und belasten, nur halt nicht schwer heben.

Gibt es bei euch keine psychatrische Ambulanz? Wir haben sowas in der Nebenstadt, da kannst du mit etwas Wartezeit und ohne Termin hin und die können evtl. auch was verschreiben. Mein Hausarzt z.B. hat auch eine psychologische Grundversorgung und kann auch verschreiben. Schlaf ist wichtig 🥲🫶🏻🫂❤️
