...im back under 100lbs. i was trying to stay at a steady and healthy weight but this past week i think i must've lost 8, 9lbs from stress and it's very defeating bc ive intentionally been eating out a little more knowing if i got stressed, id regress to being unhealthy and lethargic all the time
