Hard to do and REWARDING, it’s perfect. I’m only about 12 hours in and this game is everything I could’ve wanted and more, and I haven’t even had my first fight in the heroic games yet. This is definitely becoming my game of the year. Oh final obvious comment but the music is AMAZING as always :3

I really like the change of weapon durability only being used up by combat arts too!! Dungeon exploration and clashes are such a change for the series but I think it’s actually really refreshing!! As to where to go from here. Having basically no connections in the scene or knowledge of how to do so just makes everything so much harder. Opponents all played super well and the team did get called interesting, but I think I need to pilot it perfectly for it to work, which is just very difficult

worked, but BO1 closed team sheet ladder sucks as a way to try and figure that out as strategies that work there aren’t the same when you have a lot more information. Instead I basically learned that this Gardevoir team likely won’t ever work because of all of the physical attackers and fairies-

That I would like to experiment with, Aim for Champion Tier (I’m Ultra 4 right now after an hour of playing) and MAYBE play a tournament that isn’t just hosted in game. Long term though I’d love to go to a regional as either a competitor or spectator just for the atmosphere!!

Doubles though?! OOH I love it. As of right now I’m at Ultra ball Rank 1 mostly climbing with a Delphox team which honestly does a lot better into the meta sun and rain teams that are going around. I made since a rain team and definitely get it! But I think weather wars will die down over time

tiny and usually restricted to the new region dex only. this has literally been standard for years and anyone complaining about it clearly knows nothing. We literally know the game will be getting more support over time which will add the other battle mechanics and new Pokemon. Singles 3v3 is sad

POKEMON CHAMPIONS WOWIE Freedom of team building is so nice! Not having a lot of items in the game kinda sucks but I think is a good thing to reduce the overwhelm for new VGC players. I don’t get the hate on the small dex size tho… people don’t seem to understand that the first format of a game is

and it doesn’t have an ability so you can’t wall it. - 2 munkidori, 2 bouffolant on bench with a mega kanga bravery charm is evil and is honestly very viable Overall happy with the run, can’t wait to play more tournaments, get better and learn the deck. And then MAYBE go to locals and try it too

- Arven into precious trolley is busted for setting up - the deck CAN just ignore kanga as a main attacker and use cornerstone ogrepon to wall and deal with problematic matchups like Rocket’s Mewtwo or festival lead - Mega Lucario is VERY hard to win since all of the good damage cards are normal-

Played my first Pokemon TCG tournament with Mega Audino engine in Mega Kanga! 21st out of 129 players with an overall 5/4 record (and only one completely dead hand which is nice) A couple of things I realised: - Mega Audino is a massively underrated support card for setting up high energy cards

Initially very disappointed with Div 7 (and still am a little) but then I realise that we haven’t played an event in a couple months and overall don’t grind or play as much as others above us. I definitely feel responsible for it and blame myself for sucking so much when team is good. Sorry team

First tournament with mostly red dapple (in a pickup) and we got 2nd in lower bracket of TSS! Didn’t feel too terrible to say I’ve been seriously playing the weapon for only a week but I could’ve done a lot better for sure, struggled a lot into litre and realising when to switch off of dapple tho
