Feel like crying again right now bc I’m in a fucked up situation (nothing dangerous just realized stg about how fuck up my mind is). I don’t know how to properly process everything. It feels like it’s too much and i don’t know what to do (I know what to do, talk to a professional about all of this)

I cried 6 or 7 times today. It feels like it’s too much. I’m so tired physically, mentally and emotionally. Doesn’t mean I will not cry again tonight. Fuck. This is so bad.

Is crying too much a thing ? And what is too much when we talk about crying ?
