i need a haircut sooo bad, i've gone a year without one now and i've learned i definitely prefer it shorter than my shoulders. i just can't justify spending money on it rn but the good news is the hair i lost pre hrt is slowly coming back after 3 years! that's cool!

the downside to really being into medieval history and now fencing too is that little things in fantasy art are starting to bug me more no don't hold that sword like that it isn't a hammer. So, yeah, I guess the point of this is to say that this isn't unique and this isn't inescapable. Better things are possible, and you should give them a shot. I know I'd rather cry too much than too little. At least it means I can feel things again

I've sobbed at RPs before! Multiple times! Sometimes I wish I could turn it off easier again, it really is embarrassing But I am glad to be free of that nothingness. It really is a void; I can't even call it despair because that would mean I was feeling something when I wasn't

I have to be careful where my thoughts wander to in public and my D&D table knows to keep tissues handy I do also sob, though. I can keep quiet, mostly, but if I get in an argument with my partner or the wrong thought crosses my mind (usually something about Vetteia, embarrassingly) I have to hide

One of the first things that changed on estrogen was that I could cry again, and now I can't seem to stop lol. It's like Leaf said, my face starts raining, and it won't stop til it's spent. I cry at the smallest things, an emotional moment at D&D or simply thinking too hard about something sad

Not literally, I don't think, but again I hardly remember anything of that time In the decade+ between then and HRT, I remember crying three times. I also had trouble expressing emotion generally, and I still don't like showing it in front of people. I prefer to leave the room til I calm down

One of the few things I remember of my childhood was being described as 'sensitive'. Mostly this was couched as a polite, neutral descriptor by the adult women around me, or maybe I was too unaware to understand it as anything else Anyways, I cried a LOT. That was beaten out of me by high school
