Knowing the behavior is abusive is half the battle

Let it be known to those in the future that the use of the insurrection act was completely manufactured. None of this was requested. Our governor and mayor of LA explicitly said no. The federal government ignored them. If this is the spark of something larger, it was Trump. It was always Trump.
