I had time to experiment with Area 1-1. Spent and hour just messing around and investigating. The movement is fantastic. And so far they keep the intrigue strong enough for me to stay curious. I like it so far, but yeah. Prices this generation sucks so hard.

Saw that Amazon had these two as a combo. I was considering Starfox for some time, but this game has been calling to me for some time now. Suprised I haven't bought it already. But I've heard fantastic things about Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, and I plan on finding out tonight.

If the animation was consistent enough, I would put it right next to Who Framed Roger Rabbit?. But the story, cinematography, message and respect places it just within that echelon, in my eyes. It you're down for a good time, you'll like it. But if you can forgive its faults, you'll love it.

For 7 decades, Wile failed numerous times, but it never meant that he was a failure becuase he never gave up. And he never had the support, and the movie reflected that. That failure is never such if you don't give up. And there will always be someone that cares about you whether you see it or not.

And despite being a message told a plethora of times, this one felt very earnest. With an ending that wasn't cut and dry, and didn't hold back from making a blunt point. But still, it delivered on the morals of it's story. And concluded in a way that felt hopeful but true to how the world is.

And what began with a infamous tenacious coyote teaming with a lazy life-beaten lawyer. Grew to a funny and endearing courtroom drama with something to say: encouraging anyone willing to fight corruption and condemning cooperate intimidation and the capitalistic belief that pain equal progress.

That said, it didn't distract me from a great David v Goliath story with a lot of heart and a big F A T middle finger to capitalist greed. With Avery, Jones and Maltese Law Co. (Ha. Nice.) Taking on the Acme mega-conglomerate. The former being a small law firm specializing in settlements.

The 2D moments are fantastic, and feels on par with the 2020 Looney Tunes show. The 3D will have amazing moments like Wile using body language to communicate to the rough moments where Foghorn Leghorn looking off or Elmer Fudd needing more time in the oven overall. (I swear he barely blinks...)

The animation is hit or miss, as it switches from 2D to 3D for budget and time sake. It didn't bother me as much as others, knowing that this movie was originally supposed to be on HBO Max before Zazlav decided to Zazlav. Still, the rough moments are hard to ignore.

And Wile, being the titular character, is phenomenal. His personality doesn't feel altered in any way, his motives are intact, and he approaches his problems as well as the problems of others, as you'd expect him to. The roadrunner aslo plays a big part, and it's in a way you'll never see coming.

The writing is great and the acting is superb, especially given that there's a lot of acting off of characters that aren't actually there. But they got down with convincing reactions and good eye-contact. Especially Will Forte and Wile E. Coyote. Double so, since Wile is mute.

The live-action actors are all stellar: going through the motions of their jobs at law offices big and small, while be accommodating enough to the loony antics. And everyones having as blast. You can tell everyone wanted to be there. Especially Will Forte, Lana Condor and John Cena.

The placement of the Looney were smart with some being the focus to keep the story going, and some just living their lives in the background. And while there are some usual faves in the spotlight, I appreciate this movie for having the guts to give important roles to very obscure characters.

It's a live-action/animation hybrid that respects both sides of the coin, and gives enough leeway to keep both the cartoony and live action elements engaging. I didn't zone out when real people were the focus, and the Looney Tunes were actually treated with respect, and not there to whore products.

Well, as prompt as I tend to be, I did watch h Coyote Vs. Acme last past Thursday. Theres so much that I can say about this movie, but I'll try to keep it as brief as I can. (Spoilers: it won't be brief.) But I'm happy to say that this movie is fantastic! A solid 8.5/10 movie!

Killzone is a delightful mess of a series that never felt like it was utilized to it's full potential, but still has an odd place in my heart. I've been hoping for a revival, and possible restart for a bit. And I would be hyped if Sony's PS branch didn't reveal themselves to be a bunch of vultures.
