thinking about this again but like among my shitposts i have "projects from our partners" and it's like, real things my friends are making. advertising things the people around me are working on would be so awesome

making sfx for a game is actually so easy when you just record yourself doing a voice and pitch shift it until it just sounds like a sound

even though i have to work tues-sat next week, it would be nice if i could stream... "what would you stream" uhhhh working on my game. spinning the wheel of doing art or forcing people to watch me code

thinking about installing renpy on the computer i usually use (which would get laggy if i did my whole renpy project on it) just to get snippets of the game working that i can then just copy and paste into the actual project files on my other computer. i think this is the lifehack that would save me

i tried really hard to psyche myself up to work on my game yesterday and today and was ready to limit my pokopia playtime, but instead i got hooked on yoshi game instead, which i was not mentally prepared to limit myself on since i had been doing good only doing 1 world a day. my hubris...

yoshi book game has a post-game feature where you can make your own useless ui such as adding a flavour meter or a water quality tracker and i think this is the best feature a game has ever had, i wish it was available earlier on

000

kiir キアー @yoshichao.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

good-feel heard me say the horror level in yoshi's crafted world was the coolest in the game and so they made another one in mysterious book. i would not beat this level as a kid this is actually scary

awesome experience at work today where i was feeling leg nerve pain and bloaty abdominal cramps simultaneously so both parts of my body teamed up so that when i stepped on a certain pressure point in my foot it would send a shooting pain up to my abdomen. i wish to be free of this mortal shell

kind of feel like i should be upping my medication dose because i've been below average recently but at the same time it's probably a lot of external sources (too many work shifts, my mom is going to be going out of the country in a couple weeks) so it's the game of What Will Actually Help Me

[pokopia] i think ideal next/last dlc location would be cinnabar but turned into a desert because the ocean dried up. meanwhile the depths of seafoam islands is still ice. i want desert and ice pokemon/items....

my cat recently regained access to one of her old favourite spots in my mom's room and i'm so sad she only comes out now when she wants food (which she makes me bring to her spot)... the ratty ass towel on the ground and the t-shirt she stole is too comfortable for her

its tuff because i really like having a single isolated work day where i can go in at "full" energy and know i dont have to work the following day, but with my work days spread out like that having only one day off does not let my chronic pain/fatigue recover properly. i'm so tired

sometimes i get customers at work who are a mother and their adult child, where the latter has a disorder where they have the behaviour of a 6-10 year old and may also not be able to speak words. for some reason when i see these people i want to research for potential oc purposes... but idk how
