We were delighted to facilitate the first meeting of our new Young Persons' Advisory Group last week. After several months' worth of preparation, organisation, and recruitment, our Community Engagement Officer was over the moon with how well the session went and can't wait till the next one.

Congratulations to our colleagues in @hyms.ac.uk for their FRONTIER #copd award which has won an Excellence in Patient Care award from the @royalcollege.bsky.social. FRONTIER uses the Hull Lung Health Study, a data set hosted by us and the @universityofhull.bsky.social, to find undiagnosed cases.

Data helps find 'missing millions' with undiagnosed serious lung condition. The FRONTIER project in Hull is helping hundreds of people access life-changing care for COPD.
