Nice 10k race round the beautiful Golden Acre Park. Best time in 4 years, which surprised me considering strapping. New socks on #LeedsLeedsLeeds #ALAW

Tough Leeds half. Problems with hamstring through the week but good strapping helped finish in a time of 2:32:09. Happy with that. Lynne did well at full marathon but had a tumble in Otley. Got up and finished though 😍👍🏃‍♀️‍➡️
