Tails of my ocs. They all look different! 꼬리

Tails of four of my OCs. From top to bottom: Haryong, Paerang, Hanyoung, Samyeon. Roughly proportional to each other but its not their full length!

I might have seen a meme similar to this a while ago but I drew my take anyway 용용이 식빵자세

Two of my dragon OCs loafing in two different ways

Caption: Would a noodle dragon loaf like this, or like this?

Hanyoung (top) is scrunched up lengthwise

Pawrang (bottom) is coiled up like a snake

very good tumblr post about why to make a fursona, and in the replies, a couple followups on how to make a fursona

A Tumblr post by user taffywabbit. The entire text is as follows:

I think more people should make fursonas and I'm dead serious. the process of self-exploration that naturally comes along with creating a funny little critter to represent yourself is SO valuable, as you consider the types of animals you vibe with and what kind of aesthetic/colours/personality/etc suit you and stuff like that (fun fact this process is how I figured out I was transgender lol. not saying that will happen to you but just proving that you can learn a LOT about yourself through this design process and any subsequent design changes)

and then when you're all done, you have a little freak you can do whatever you want with! edit them poorly into memes, commission lavish oil paintings of them to hang in your mansion, use them as a personal online mascot, design a fucked up evil twin for them to fight, soak them in milk and throw them at the wall, anything really. same stuff some people do with fandom characters they really like, except it's 100% yours and nobody can tell you you're doing it wrong! also now you have an animal your friends can associate with you and they'll send you funny pics/videos of that animal that make them think of you. literally it's just wins all the way down for you and everybody you associate with. everyone should have one of these things!!

I hate going into the comment thread of "korean peninsula at night" posts, cause theres always that one idiot claiming that a human development map is a "true" light map that the US is supposedly censoring I literally have that book (called "a world of cities") and no, its not a light map.

Its funny when europeans talk on behalf of "the rest of the world" of how america is weird, cause sometimes its a blanket statement that doesnt make sense

One thing you really appreciate growing up playing games is that better graphics doesn't always mean its gonna look great Maybe its nostalgia, but its neat how the graphics are basically an artstyle for that game, and you can always fill the gaps in with your imagination

The problem I think about "korean culture" (the ones actively marketed a la kpop etc) is that it tries aimlessly to keep up with the global trend but as sterile as possible. 소신발언주의) 케이팝이라던지 대외적으로 밀어주는 한국문화는 해외유행을 최대한 조심스럽고 메마르게 따르려고 한다. 이대로라면 진정히 국제사회를 못따라잡을거다 생각. (1/2)
