I never should've come here. I had an off feeling when it was offered, and I should've trusted it. Instead, I'm in a worse position than before, because now I have a job I want to keep, but they just shrugged and went "at least you have food money" when I expressed this all felt worthless.

Welp, I failed. Out of time, not enough money, and no housing lined up, I simply did not succeed in any way that matters. I was up against an impossible timeline on my own, and I couldn't meet it no matter how hard I tried.

Well, my situation is very mixed right now. As of current, I have until the 12th to get the money required to move out (around 2500 dollars), and there's no real flexibility within this scenario. After a year of not having work, and having no real income, this is particularly troublesome, (1/3)

Current situation has me searching for work while couch crashing with my sibling, any financial assistance would be handy, as I'm still fairly behind in certain avenues, and one notable one is my phone; it'll be drastically more difficult to find work without it, and I'm a good bit behind.

As for the topic of homeless shelters, I've been avoiding them for a number of reasons, but the two major ones are that I am immunocompromised, and there's a sense of a lack of privacy involved in many of the shelters in my area. Due to trauma and personal conditions, they are far from ideal to me.

Furthermore, due to the fact I have to leave on Monday, I won't be able to interact with the hiring manager of the motel to hopefully find work, as I've had applications in with them for some time, and their hiring manager is inconsistently available. Really, assistance in any form is very welcome.

Currently my main fear involved in the whole of this scenario is the fact that the US treats sleeping outside as illegal. If I end up on the streets, I'll be in a cell, from what I understand it. I also dread the risk of her ashes and death certificate being unavailable to me while on the street.2/2

The hardest part is that she was the one covering most of our rent money and other bills. She also was there to ease most of my nerves, and tell me things were going to be alright. It's hard facing all of these costs right now, especially while planning out all the postmortem details involved. 2/3

Unfortunately, last night, my mother passed away. She was a massive emotional and financial support in this situation, covering most of our rent and other bills. As a result, I'm both emotionally wrecked, and uncertain of what steps to take next. Support in this time would be incredibly appreciated.
