Good Morning, I’m sorry I don’t see it that way. After reading the DA’s full statement, the “victim’s” initial statement is going to be extremely problematic for a prosecution. She wasn’t drugged. She freely took the drugs, freely engaged in multiple orgies, and ‘remembered’ nearly all of it.
