What an honour to host Team Canada at the Taggart Family YMCA as they trained for Invictus Games 2027! 🍁 This 3-day training camp was organized by Soldier On, a program that supports ill and injured Canadian Armed Forces members and Veterans through physical activity. 🏊🏉🏀🏐

We planted a playground garden to celebrate our preschool grads! 🌷🪻🌱 It was a community effort — Families donated plants and seeds, then helped child care staff prepare the garden beds. Finally, the kids joined in to plant the flowers! ❤️

We pedaled with purpose at Y Ride for Youth 2026! 🚲🌷 Thank you to everyone who joined us for this beautiful downtown Ottawa ride along the canal. Together, we made a statement: all young people deserve a safe place to live and the support to build a bright future.
