its as if im this close of having a chronic illness bcs of how bad my sleeping and eating is

or i feel like i kind of need some kind of a dopamine boost or some sort... its tiring... when i feel like this i don't want to socialize at all... i just want to shut down...

i feel like im in some kind of depression state that I can't get my head around, my sleep is destroyed, my eating is destroyed, and I don't know how to get back on my feet any time soon

....i wont say im at my lowest, but i just wish days like these would just go through as I don't want to feel I'm stuck in it

i know i have wonderful friends, i know theyre thankful and happy and stuffs, "we hope you can see yourself with how we see you" ...? is so hard... im just a big jumble of mess of an emotional distress that had been so good at hiding it
