Why Startups Really Fail: Looking Beyond the Symptoms
During my master’s thesis, I spent months researching why startups fail.

AI doesn’t make leaders better—it amplifies who you are. It handles routine work and exposes outdated leadership styles. Leadership is about designing decisions, teams, and experiment in a world where data is missing, human judgment and courage matter most. AI is just a car; leadership the journey.
000
Yetvart Artinyan @yetvart.bsky.social · 14/11/2025
You don’t use AI to master AI. You use it to get better at being human. Like driving your kid somewhere — the car is a tool, not your identity. AI is the same. You don’t need to know the mechanics, only what it unlocks: time, clarity, better choices.

If I had to explain why many innovations fail to an 8-year-old: teams try to “make the best toy ever,” adding wheels, lights, buttons. But what are kids really trying to do? Have fun, play with friends, show off, learn, feel brave. Watch them play and solve that job, not just the toy.
