At the time the consistent new 3DS games made the wait between big Wii U games a bit better, and made Wii U releases feel like these big events. 130

As for the online, I would assume it works just like all the old RB online play, it treats your bandmates as cpu players that are updated when they hit/miss notes, so you play the game lag-free 000
