Uncanny X-Men #190 - Kulan Gath, a terrifying wizard guy, stands over an even more terrifying amalgam of Professor X and the Morlock Caliban. The Prof's head, neckless & screaming, with Caliban's face, looking terrified at this terrifying predicament he finds himself in, melded onto the chest. They're bone white and really fucking terrifying.
