Elect a Clown Expect a Circus. Every time Trump threatens tariffs, prices increase. It does not matter that he’s the most unserious person ever to be in the vicinity of the Oval Office and these tariffs never happen. Business must plan and when tariffs are even THREATENED, prices go UP.

The larger issue is there isn’t an insurance company around that will insure new homes in CA post fire. We’ve already seen that in Tahoe post the massive snowfall in 2022. Same in Florida. Without insurance new builds are nearly impossible.
