What changed is that they introduced a proper banlist, which will blur images you don’t want to see. Bannlists only work if tagging is enforced. I guess it’s annoying when you draw zero content that anyone would bann, though :/ Maybe you can find tags that work for every piece and copy those.

YES! Such a good game! I'm stuck at lv.35 for now due to my Snail pace of exploration xD But it's super fun and I love many of the Aniimo I hatch. Everytime I squint at the menus I just remember ZZZ and am back to "yeha it's alright" hahahah. I'd gladly exchange friend codes, if you'd like to :>

I think I could go on for this a looong time. I'm not too far into the game but so far I love nearly everything! Minus the male model and the hundred reward screens. Which stop being a problem once you realize you don't have to chase a UIdot and can just collect everything at the end of the session🤷‍♂️

I prefer a slow pace in games. I like to look at things in peace, snap photos (bless that camera feature), dress up his character, decorate a home, read lore entries, etc. This game feels like it's targeting "my audience" primarly. (Except the character creator RIP me trying to be a handsome male 😂)

There is also so much attention to detail in that first area. Like Emberpups idelaizing the larger wolf and when you turn into that one they'll follow you around and make happy barks. I hope Aniimo has many of these interactions. It sets them apart SO MUCH in this "friendly monster" genre.

Genshin exploration is incredible and the world is beautiful with so many amazing POIs. Aniimo meets 4.0-Patch quality (which is great) AND you're never "done" with an area. You could always find a shiny Aniimo there so zooming around for fun can be rewarding. Also their movement system is more fun!

Most "that's like Genshin" is usually a pro for me, not a con. I play that game to this day due to it's fantastic map design, art direction and -yes- story. Sadly no game that was called Genshin clone met the quality. Aniimo actually gets the "that's Genshin"-points right AND even improves them!

I learned of Aniimo at Gamescom last year where I played it and spoke to a dev. I remember that I was sooo excieted and it kinda died istantly when he mentioned "MMO" :( WELL Aniimo isn't an MMO at all! It's pretty much Genshin regarding exploration, F2P friendly (minus gacha!!), and some UI design.

Aniimo isn't a MMORPG at all! It's closest to Genshin regarding world design, progression (but this is so much better!), player visibility (minus the hubs but I don't mind) and too many REWARD SCREENS. Which are no problem once you stop chasing a red dot and just collect at the end of the session.

The AnimeCons could've been a TV-sketch. Imagine sitting with a group of Cosplayers of which various girls cosplay short-haired dudes from Liveaction TV with fake stubble smeared on + one in a Bikini-outfit, looking at a group of Pokémon-Fursuiters and call them weird and mispalced.

I'd wish I could conclude that I kept going on with my fun, but I ended up blaming myself for getting cut off from the other person I liked talking to. I was just too unskilled and annoying for them. Art became a second study that didn't last long, lost all joy and only did commissions for years.

A thing I‘m working on. I got myself an Ipad last autumn with the promise that i’ll draw more often. As usual… I didn’t /D But Digimon got me back into drawing with a purpose. I really really love designing Fakemons. And I like to start with comfort and absolute basics haha.
